What the form collects
The assessment form asks for your name, title, organization, work email, assessment type, preferred timing, domains or systems in scope, and any notes you choose to add. You also confirm a few authorization statements. We use that information to reply and to scope work.
Who processes submissions
The form is sent to Web3Forms, which emails the contents to us. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it except as needed to respond to you or as required by law.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use analytics and does not set tracking cookies.
